The Ohio State Football team defeated Heisman finalist Amari Cooper and the Alabama Crimson Tide in the 2015 Sugar Bowl 42-35 behind star Buckeye RB #15 Ezekiel Elliott to advance to the inaugural College Playoff National Championship Game. A week later Ohio State took on Heisman Trophy Winning QB Marcus Mariotta and the Oregon Ducks in Dallas for the Inaugural College Football Playoff National Championship. Ohio State dominated Oregon with a score of 42-20. This was Ohio State's 8th National Championship win to date!

This ring was purchased by The Ohio State University Athletic Department, designed with help from senior Buckeye Football players and was reserved to only the players and coaches. Staff, Boosters, Alumni, etc received a different version(version B). The player's last name has been covered(Blurred) in picture 2, 5, and 7 for player privacy reasons.
